Our Services
Count on us for designing, plans/drawings, footers and slabs, and vertical improvements.

Construction Planning
Efficient. Reliable. Exceptional.
Our in-house team of CAD designers can design your screen project. Once hired, we immediately produce a CAD drawing of what your project will look like and how it should be built. Drawings are provided to a local engineering company. Because the drawings are pre-designed by us, there is rarely any need for changes or modifications. This provides for a smooth process so we can submit for permitting as soon as possible. We also give you the drawing, and any changes you want to make are at no cost to you. Our license and insurance are provided so you can have these for your records and make them available to your HOA.

Vertical Improvements
Custom-Built on Site
Our installation teams have extensive experience in all facets of aluminum/screen-related improvements. We stand by the excellence of our work and provide clients with personalized attention based on their specific needs (Screen Cages, Porches, etc.) We have 8 crews ranging from 2 to 3 workers each. All of our workers are on our payroll as employees. This is different than any other company that keeps its workers as subcontractors. As our employees, we are responsible for their worker’s compensation and liability insurance, and we pay for it. If they were subcontractors, they would be responsible for their own, and most subs do not get the insurance. Subcontractors use an exemption card that is sufficient to get their subcontractor's license. However, if something were to happen, they may not be insured and you and us would be liable. Insuring them as employees cost us more, but we are all protected.
